HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

WHY CAN’T I PLACE AND PAY FOR MY ORDER ONLINE?

At FMS Mobility Centres we believe that when it comes to the purchase of items of monetary value, such as those depicted on our website, prospective customers like to have the reassurance of speaking to someone at the point of purchase. This also allows us to offer advice, and ensure that the product they are about to purchase is the right one for their needs.

Friday: 9.30am - 4.00pm

Saturday: 10.00am- 4.00pm

We are closed on Sundays.

Special appointments can be made upon request.

Please note we do sometimes have to work off site, which requires us to leave the showroom, so please call us on : 01895 622 268 (which will divert to our mobile) to make sure we are available for you, or make an appointment to see you!

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU DELIVER GOODS TO DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM?

No. This website is for United Kingdom customers only. The prices quoted are for delivery to mainland Britain which includes England, Wales and Scotland.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Delivery on stocked products usually takes 1 -2 working days.Non-stocked items which have to be specially ordered in on your behalf at your request depends on whether the product is in stock with the Manufacturer, we normally check this for you at the point of sale, as this can vary. Bespoke Riser Recliner’s and Bespoke Adjustable beds can vary due to Manufacturers lead times.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS UK SOURCED AND WARRANTED?

Yes. All our products are brand new, and sourced from within the U.K. direct from the distributors/ Manufacturers. In majority of cases, the warranty will be for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. DO YOU SELL OTHER PRODUCTS THAN THOSE SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?
